1. IDENTITY OF THE PROCESSING RESPONSIBLE
The controller is CABINET BAROND, SAS with a capital of €40,000, registered with the RCS De Paris under number 391 349 503, having its registered office in Paris (75002), 113 Boulevard de Sébastopol

 

2. PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

CABINET BAROND may process your Personal Data for the purposes of: a) providing you with the information or services you have requested (property offers for rent or sale, newsletter, etc.); and or
b) collect information allowing us to improve the Site and our services (in particular by means of cookies);

Only CABINET BAROND is the recipient of your Personal Data. CABINET BAROND informs you that it will be entitled, if necessary, to oppose manifestly abusive requests (by their number, their repetitive or systematic nature).

b) Right to rectification of data

Under this right, the legislation entitles you to request the rectification, updating or deletion of data concerning you which may prove to be inaccurate, erroneous, incomplete or obsolete.

Also, you can define general and specific directives relating to the fate of personal data after your death. If necessary, the heirs of a deceased person may demand that the death of their loved one be taken into consideration and/or that the necessary updates be made.

c) Right of opposition

The exercise of this right is only possible in one of the following two situations:
• it is based on legitimate and compelling reasons; Or
• it aims to prevent the data collected from being used for commercial prospecting purposes.

d) Right to limitation

You have the possibility to obtain from CABINET BAROND the limitation of the processing of your Data when one of the following reasons applies:
• CABINET BAROND verifies the accuracy of the Data following your contestation of the accuracy of the Data,
• The processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the Data and demand the limitation of their use instead;
• CABINET BAROND no longer needs the Data for the purposes of the processing, but they are still necessary for you to establish, exercise or defend legal rights;
• You have objected to the processing under the conditions set out below and CABINET BAROND verifies whether the legitimate reasons pursued prevail over your alleged reasons.

e) Right to data portability

You have the possibility to receive from CABINET BAROND the Data concerning you, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format when:

4. RESPONSE TIMES
CABINET BAROND undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.


5. AUTHORIZED PROVIDERS AND TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY OF THE EUROPEAN UNION
CABINET BAROND informs you that it uses authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have communicated to it.
